目的探讨脑卒中后营养不良的发生率和影响因素,研究营养不良与脑卒中的关系。方法 210例脑卒中住院患者依入院前是否有卒中病史分为两组。结果入院2周后各组均出现营养不良,营养不良发生率为36%。其中首次卒中组22例,发生率为23%;非首次卒中组54例,发生率为47%,两组营养不良发生率存在差异。结论非首次卒中组营养不良发生率高于首次卒中组。脑卒中尤其重症患者易于发生营养不良,营养不良加重脑卒中患者的病情,应重视脑卒中患者的营养状况并及早干预。
Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of malnutrition after stroke and to study the relationship between malnutrition and stroke. Methods A total of 210 hospitalized stroke patients were divided into two groups according to whether there was a history of stroke before admission. Results Two weeks after admission, malnutrition occurred in all groups and the incidence of malnutrition was 36%. The first stroke group, 22 cases, the incidence was 23%; non-first stroke group 54 cases, the incidence was 47%, the incidence of malnutrition between the two groups there are differences. Conclusions The incidence of malnutrition in non-first stroke group is higher than that in first stroke group. Stroke, especially critically ill patients prone to malnutrition, malnutrition increased stroke patients, should pay attention to the nutritional status of stroke patients and early intervention.
