为深入贯彻《幼儿园教师专业标准》,研究新时期幼儿教师专业素质培养的问题,研究者对大连沙河口区幼儿园开展了幼儿教师专业发展的问卷调查,以获知区域一线幼儿教师专业发展现状,剖析其发展优势与不足,挖掘问题产生的深层次原因并探讨适宜的对策。
In order to thoroughly implement the “Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers” and to study the issue of the training of kindergarten teachers in the new era, the researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on kindergarten teachers ’professional development in Shahekou District of Dalian in order to find out the status quo of Kindergarten Teachers’ professional development in the region, Develop advantages and disadvantages, excavate the deep-seated causes of the problems and explore the appropriate countermeasures.
