目的探讨消毒供应中心外来器械管理的问题及应对措施。方法对我院消毒供应中心2014年1月至2015年8月外来器械管理情况进行回顾性分析,总结归纳其中存在的问题,在此基础上提出针对性的应对措施。结果 2145件外来器械中,发生问题器械559件,发生率25.1%,问题类型包括:准入紊乱、器械不能准时送达、器械商配合性差、清洗不合格、不按要求正确包装,分别占比8.3%、6.2%、5.3%、3.9%、2.4%。结论外来手术器械的管理仍存在一定的问题,消毒供应中心要在工作中不断分析问题、总结经验,在此基础上采取防范措施以降低院内感染发生机率。
Objective To discuss the problems and countermeasures of the management of foreign instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the management of foreign instruments from January 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital disinfection supply center, and the existing problems were summed up. Based on this, some countermeasures were put forward. Results Among the 2145 foreign instruments, 559 occurred, accounting for 25.1% of the total number of foreign instruments. The types of problems included: access disorder, inability to deliver the instrument on time, poor compatibility of equipment, unqualified cleaning, incorrect packaging according to requirements, 8.3%, 6.2%, 5.3%, 3.9%, 2.4%. Conclusion There are still some problems in the management of surgical instruments. The disinfection supply center should constantly analyze the problems in the work and summarize the experience. On this basis, preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
