我校领导提出了“脚踏实地,异想天开”的教学理念,我的初步认识是,“异想天开”顾名思义就是发挥你的想象力,构想出一个奇异的物品或者做一件好像无法做到的事,而“脚踏实地”意味着你不能一步登天、一蹴而就,必须一步一步踏实地走。这两个看似风马牛不相及的词,其实有着内在互补的关系。异想天开好比是一个靶,而脚踏实地就是一支箭,没有了靶,这支箭将会一无是处,同理,缺了这支箭,靶
