通过改变浆料纤维的配比,研究不同打浆度下吸液滤纸性能的变化,以期获得高质量的生物快检试纸用的低定量吸液滤纸。结果表明:在相同打浆度下,100%棉浆吸液滤纸的平均孔径最小,其最大孔径和平均孔径比较接近;配加针叶木丝光浆后平均孔径提高,配加20%针叶木丝光浆吸液滤纸在打浆度22~26°SR时可获得较均匀的孔径分布。100%棉浆吸液滤纸在200g·m-2定量下难以满足生物快检试纸的要求,配加20%~25%丝光浆并控制19~20°SR的打浆度可满足低定量吸液滤纸吸液性580~590g·m-2和厚度0.4mm的要求。
