随着社会经济的不断发展,我国基础设施也在不断发展中,而作为公民生产生活中的重要因素电力,其体制也在不断改革中。各种新的科技和技术被带入变电运行设备中,首先就对变电运维人员带来了更高的工作要求。变电运维人员想要提高工作技能,对变电运维人员的现场培训工作就有了新的要求。只有不断完善变电运维现场培训工作,才能更好的提高变电运维人员的工作技能,才能更加有效推动电网企业的发展。本文对目前现场培训工作中存在的一些问题进行分析,对如何能更加提高变电运维人员现场培训效果进行讨论。
With the continuous development of social economy, China’s infrastructure is constantly developing. As an important factor in the production and life of citizens, electricity is also undergoing a system reform. A variety of new technologies and technologies have been brought into the substation operation equipment, first of all, have brought higher work requirements for substation operation and maintenance personnel. Transformer operation and maintenance personnel want to improve their work skills, on-site training of transformer operation and maintenance personnel have new requirements. Only by continuously improving on-site training of substation operation and maintenance can we better improve the working skills of substation operation and maintenance personnel in order to more effectively promote the development of power grid enterprises. This article analyzes some existing problems in on-the-spot training and discusses how to improve the on-site training effect of substation operation and maintenance personnel.
