按照我国现行《铁路危险货物运输规则》的规定,油漆运输包装多用马口铁桶装载并外装花格木箱。但是运输实践表明,花格木箱包装存在以下缺点:①经常拔钉破损威胁到安全运输。据1982年1—8月不完全统计,甘肃省化工站在兰州东站发送的1113批油漆,发生破损的就有147批,占13.2%;②消耗了大量木材。据计算,仅西北油漆厂一年发运的花格木箱约五万件,用木材达3000立方米;③体积大(每件约0.06立方米),影响到货车静载重的提高。针对上述存在问题,兰州铁路局会同兰州东车站与西北油漆厂进行了调查研究。经过分析比较,提出了“以纸代木”的油漆运输包装改
According to China’s current “Rules for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail” regulations, paint transport packaging and more use of tin barrels loaded and installed grate wooden box. However, transport practices show that there are the following disadvantages of the grate packing: ① Regular nail damage threatens the safe transportation. According to incomplete statistics from January to August 1982, 1113 batches of paint were sent by Gansu Chemical Station at Lanzhou East Railway Station. There were 147 batches of broken paint, accounting for 13.2% of the total paint damage. ② A large amount of wood was consumed. It is calculated that only the Northwest paint factory shipped about five million cases a year spent wood boxes, with up to 3,000 cubic meters of wood; ③ bulky (each about 0.06 cubic meters), affecting the static truck load increase. In response to the above problems, Lanzhou Railway Bureau and Lanzhou East Station and the Northwest Paint Factory conducted a survey.
