现如今随着现代社会对于应聘者要求的越来越严格,很多学生和学校意识到英语的能力对于是否能够进入理想的岗位、在岗位上得到胜任尤为关键。在独立学院当中,很多时候由于学生的个体差异过大,导致英语教学效果不甚理想,后期学生在面临就业时,会因为英语能力的问题更加影响到他们就业的一个前景。据此,本文就分层次英语教学进行一定的研究,从理论上和实践中对分层次教学进行规律性的总结。
Nowadays, as the requirements of modern society for applicants become more and more strict, many students and schools have the ability to recognize English. It is particularly crucial for them to be competent in their positions whether or not they can enter the ideal position. In independent colleges, often because of the individual differences of students are too large, the result of English teaching is not very satisfactory. Later students face a prospect of employment because of their English proficiency. Accordingly, this text carries on the certain research to the hierarchical English teaching, carries on the regular summary to the teaching in different levels from the theory and the practice.
