心理和谐是人自身和谐的基础,也是社会和谐的前提和应有之义,它说到底是一种积极进取的人生态度和正确对待自己及周围的人与事的客观态度的和谐统一。加强自身修养,养成待人处事的正确态度,是实现和保持心理和谐的最根本、最有效的途径。
Psychological harmony is the foundation of human harmony and also the premise and proper meaning of social harmony. In the final analysis, it is a harmonious attitude toward a positive and proactive attitude to life and the objective attitude toward correctly treating ourselves and the people and things around us. The most fundamental and effective way to achieve and maintain psychological harmony is to strengthen self-cultivation and develop a correct attitude towards others.
