学前教育处于我国教育体系的基础性阶段,是提升我国人才培养质量的关键一环。面对目前我国学前教育发展中出现的一些问题,是需要国家从立法的角度来进行保障的。本文拟从目前我国学前教育的立法现状出发,找出其中存在的问题及归因,希望能够给我国学前教育立法的完善提供一定的理论支持。
Pre-primary education is at the basic stage of our education system and is a key element in enhancing the quality of personnel training in our country. Faced with some problems that have emerged in the development of preschool education in our country, it is necessary for the state to safeguard it from the perspective of legislation. This article intends to find out the existing problems and attribution from the present situation of preschool education legislation in our country, hoping to provide some theoretical support for the improvement of preschool education legislation in our country.
