志愿者队伍是现代社会稳定的润滑剂;是对社会公共服务不足的必要补充。目前,我国农村志愿者队伍的建设还处在起步阶段,许多相关的法律法规和社会支持体系尚未建立健全。社区是弘扬和发展社会主义先进文化、培育和发展社会主流意识的重要阵地。如何加强志愿者队伍的建设和充分利用社区这个阵地,发挥社区育人功能作用,是当前一项重要的基础性工作。
The volunteer team is the lubricant of modern social stability; it is a necessary complement to the insufficiency of social public services. At present, the construction of China’s rural volunteer team is still in its infancy, and many relevant laws, regulations and social support systems have not yet been established and perfected. The community is an important front for carrying forward and developing the advanced socialist culture and fostering and developing the mainstream social awareness. How to strengthen the construction of volunteer teams and make full use of the community as a base to play the role of community education function is an important and fundamental task at present.
