采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法对住宅区火灾危险性进行分析,将以住宅楼、幼儿园、公共活动区(体育操练场,棋牌室)、配电室、停车场、人员、财产、易燃易爆物、火源、人员素质、疏散和救援为火灾危险性评价因子,建立了住宅区火灾危险性分析的递阶层次结构模型,再根据Delphi专家调查法,建立各层次的判断矩阵,通过计算得出各分区的总权重值并进行排序,即各分区火灾危险性,从而有重点地进行住宅区火灾预防和安全管理工作。
