目前,有关运动性脊髓损伤的研究尚不充分,而且对其损伤机制和治疗方法也没有取得较好的研究进展。随着研究的深入,发现脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对促进神经元的存活、受损轴突和神经的再生发挥着重要作用。BDNF转基因疗法将给运动性脊髓损伤的修复和治疗带来巨大的潜力。文章通过分析BDNF及其受体的生物学特性、运动性脊髓损伤的病理特征,为制定运动性脊髓损伤的BDNF基因治疗提供理论基础。
At present, the research on sports injury of spinal cord is not yet sufficient, and no good research progress has been made on its damage mechanism and treatment method. With the deepening of research, it was found that BDNF play an important role in promoting the survival of neurons, axonal regeneration and nerve regeneration. BDNF transgenic therapy will have great potential for the repair and treatment of sports-induced spinal cord injury. By analyzing the biological characteristics of BDNF and its receptors and the pathological features of spinal cord injury, the article provides a theoretical basis for the gene therapy of BDNF induced by spinal cord injury.
