目的观察辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者氧化应激水平的干预效果。方法选取我院2010年3月—2011年3月70例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,观察组给予辛伐他汀干预,对照组给予安慰剂。比较2组血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及血脂水平。结果观察组血清SOD(91.46±9.68)n U/m L,高于对照组;MDA(5.31±0.72)nmol/L,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可有效改善患者氧化应激水平,具有较好的调脂作用,对2型糖尿病的治疗具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 were selected as study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. Simvastatin intervention group and control group Give placebo. The levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and blood lipid in the two groups were compared. Results The serum level of SOD (91.46 ± 9.68) n U / m L in observation group was higher than that in control group and MDA (5.31 ± 0.72) nmol / L, which was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and VLDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of HDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can effectively improve the level of oxidative stress in patients with good lipid-lowering effect, which has important guiding significance for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
