本文介绍了英国RR公司大风扇机匣线上关重件薄壁机匣加工过程中所应用的减震工装的设计方法。以及大型薄壁机匣零件在加工中辅助支撑位置的选取和采取何种辅助减震机构及减震材料等的设计过程。本文还着重介绍了零件在不同的工艺过程中所采用的相同工装应用方法以提高零件加工效率,节约工装制造成本等方面的经典案例。对提高零件的加工质量和精益思想有非常重要的指导作用。
This article describes the design method of the shock-absorbing tool used in the processing of the thin-walled casing of the critical fan casing of the RR company in the United Kingdom.
