在大学英语教学改革的推进下,提高广大英语教师的参与度、建立有效的激励机制以适应大学英语教学改革的要求是各高校不断思考的问题。在大学英语教学改革中运用教师激励机制需要结合学校特色与时代特点,以满足教师需求为基础,综合运用多种激励方式和手段,提高教师的工作积极性,促进其不断进步。本文分析了大学英语教学改革取得的成效和存在的问题,并就大学英语教学改革中教师激励机制的运用展开了论述。
With the advancement of college English teaching reform, it is a constant question for colleges and universities to improve the participation of the majority of English teachers and to establish an effective incentive mechanism to meet the requirements of college English teaching reform. In the reform of college English teaching, the use of teacher incentive mechanism needs to combine the characteristics of the school and the characteristics of the times to meet the needs of teachers. Based on the comprehensive use of a variety of incentives and means to improve teachers’ enthusiasm for their work and promote their continuous improvement. This article analyzes the achievements and problems in the reform of college English teaching and discusses the application of teacher ’s motivation system in the reform of college English teaching.
