行政法学实践教学方法应与其教学任务、学科特点以及实践需求相适应。目前,行政法案例教学方法依然倾向于讲授式教学,教学案例的选取侧重于诉讼程序案例,对行政程序案例关注不足;在行政法诊所教学中,目前专业的行政法诊所设置较少,行政法诊所的可利用率非常低。诊所式法律教育建立在对传统案例教学批判创新的基础之上,是未来法律教育发展的趋势。行政法的实践教学,应在案例教学的基础上,吸收诊所式法律教育的优点,逐步培育系统、多元的实践教学模式。
