坑道工程内部温度一年四季变化幅度很小,而工程外部背景温度受光照、气温、热交换等多种因素影响,一年四季,一天24小时变化都很大,造成坑道工程口部热红外特征比较复杂,单一手段难以做到全时段精确模拟。本文利用单片机、温度传感器、固体继电器等元器件设计一套红外示假智能控制系统,具有示假效果好、信息化程度高、可实时控制等优点,经过野外试验证明系统运行稳定,可实时模拟口部不同时段的典型热红外特征,为工程口部热红外示假实时控制提供了有效技术手段。
