受当前经济形势的影响,建筑施工业企业与企业之间的竞争关系更加激烈,只有拥有优秀的人才,企业中的各项资源才能得到合理开发和充分运用,才能在激烈的市场竞争中确立自己的一席之地。人才具有如此重要的作用,所以,建筑企业应该树立正确的人才培养观,以适应市场的需求,提高建筑的质量。企业应给予人才发展进步的空间,转变陈旧落后的人才观念,通过运用正确的人才选拔和人才使用的方法,留住青年人才,为企业的长久发展打下基础。
