通过“微之家”创业训练项目的指导,分别从项目选择、团队建设、目标设置、运行的资金、风险控制等方面梳理在校大学生微信平台商业训练与运用的经验。并从创业项目选择求新不求大,从身边能把握的事情着手锻炼;非公司化训练,以培育种子开始,将训练代价最小化;鼓励学生杜绝过于功利化,强化团队作用;教师应起到真正的引导与把关作用;创业训练服务于学生创新创业与就业能力的成长等方面分析总结了大学生创业训练过程带来的启示。为高校的“双创”教育的建设提供实践性参考。
Through the guidance of “Micro House” and “Entrepreneurship Training Program”, the paper first explores commercial training and application experience of WeChat University students in terms of project selection, team building, target setting, operating funds and risk control.
