新课程改革强调,要改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,培养学生收集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及合作交流的能力。从2004年开始使用新的思想品德教材以来,南京市栖霞区以华电中学等8所学校为试验校,进行了初中思想品德课堂教学的范式化研究。
