本文以铁矿床为对象叙述了工艺矿物学的含义及其在矿物利用总循环各个时期中的任务和研究方法原理。在采矿前期,工艺矿物学通过地质工艺制图来研究矿床,为研究矿石的工艺性质和可选性奠定基础。在采矿和矿石加工时期,它的任务是解决配矿问题和建立选矿产品的质量管理系统。在采矿后期,工艺矿物学要研究技术成因型矿床(排土场、尾矿库等)的利用与环保问题。文中还介绍了研究矿物与环境相互关系的生态矿物学。这是工艺矿物学范畴内的一个新科目。本文还以图解方式介绍了复合铁矿石的地质工艺制图程序。
In this paper, the meaning of process mineralogy and its principles of task and research method in various stages of the total cycle of mineral utilization are described. In the early stage of mining, process mineralogy studied the deposit by geological mapping and laid the foundation for the study of the technological properties and optional properties of ores. During the mining and ore processing period, its task was to solve the problem of ore allocation and to establish a quality management system for mineral processing products. In the later stages of mining, process mineralogy studies the use and environmental issues of technology-typed deposits (dumps, tailings ponds, etc.). The article also introduced the study of mineral and environmental relationship between the ecological mineralogy. This is a new subject in the category of process mineralogy. This paper also presents a graphical presentation of the geological process of composite iron ore mapping process.
