基于绩效的国有企业员工薪酬制度改革是顺应当前发展和要求,实现国有企业改革和前进的重要举措。本文通过对国有企业薪酬制度及绩效考核方案等进行分析和研究,并绩效改革的方案进行了研究。
The performance-based reform of salary system for state-owned enterprises is an important measure to comply with the current development and requirements and realize the reform and progress of state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the state-owned enterprise pay system and performance appraisal program, and studies the performance reform plan.
