以直立型绿豆品种辽绿5号和半蔓生型绿豆品种辽绿6号为试材,施用不同量的磷酸二铵(0kg/hm2、150kg/hm2、225kg/hm2)进行试验,探讨磷酸二铵对不同株型绿豆品种叶片的光合生理、生化特性的影响,试图为株型绿豆品种合理选用磷酸二铵用量的高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:对绿豆叶片中的叶色值、光合速率、叶片胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度值的影响都是以适量肥(150kg/hm2)最高;对绿豆叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量影响,处理间适量肥最高;适量肥可提高绿豆三种酶的活性,增强绿豆抗逆性;不同株型绿豆品种适宜用量磷酸二铵150kg/hm2;施肥处理对株型绿豆品种叶片的生理生化指标影响:辽绿6号高于辽绿5号。
The experiment was conducted with different amounts of diammonium phosphate (0kg / hm2, 150kg / hm2, 225kg / hm2) of Liaolu 5, an upright mung bean variety, and Liaoyuan 6, a semi-invasive mung bean variety, The effects of various plant types on the photosynthetic physiology and biochemistry characteristics of mung bean varieties were studied. The results provided theoretical basis for high-yielding cultivation of mung bean varieties with rational use of diammonium phosphate. The results showed that all the effects on leaf color value, photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance of mung bean leaves were the highest with suitable amount of fertilizer (150kg / hm2). The effects of superoxide dismutase SOD, POD and MDA, and the suitable amount of fertilizer was the highest among treatments. Appropriate amount of fertilizer could increase the activity of three enzymes of mung bean and enhance the stress resistance of mung bean; Amount of diammonium phosphate 150kg / hm2; Effect of fertilization on physiological and biochemical indexes of plant-type mung bean leaves: Liao-luan 6 was higher than Liao-luan 5.
