本文主要介绍聚羧酸系减水剂与萘系减水剂的作用机理,并通过对天津双龙外加剂厂生产的聚羧酸系减水剂与萘系减水剂的对比试验,研究两种减水剂的性能特点与应用范围,分析其技术经济效益。研究结果表明聚羧酸减水剂具有更好的水泥适应性、高减水率、混凝土坍落度经时损失小、早期强度高,更适合配制低水灰比的高强度等级混凝土;而传统萘系减水剂稳定性佳、容易控制、适合配制中低强度等级混凝土。
This paper mainly introduces the action mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer. By comparing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with naphthalene superplasticizer produced by Tianjin Ssangyong additive factory, Water-reducing agent performance characteristics and application range, analysis of its technical and economic benefits. The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer has better cement adaptability, high water reduction rate, concrete slump loss over time, high early strength, more suitable for the preparation of high-strength concrete with low water-cement ratio; the traditional Naphthalene superplasticizer good stability, easy to control, suitable for the preparation of low-grade concrete strength.
