用~(60)γ线照射豚鼠头部,90和70Gy照后2h,听阈偏移分别为12.5dB和9dB,听觉皮层诱发反应最大振幅比照射前增大20%和37%。70Gy照后6h,听阈偏移37dB,听觉皮层诱发反应最大振幅下降到照射前水平。右侧听泡区45Gy分次照后14d,听觉脑干诱发反应听阈偏移11.8dB。扫描电镜观察发现:90Gy照后6h,基底圈外毛细胞受损伤,16h后损伤涉及整个耳蜗。45GF照后14d,耳蜗各圈均见外毛细胞受损伤,内毛细胞未见明显损伤。
Guinea pig’s head irradiated with ~ (60) γ rays, the threshold shift of 12.5dB and 9dB respectively at 90 and 70Gy, and the maximal amplitude of auditory cortex induced responses increased by 20% and 37% respectively. At 6h after 70Gy irradiation, the threshold of hearing threshold was 37dB, and the maximum amplitude of auditory cortex induced response decreased to the level before irradiation. On the right side of the bubble area 45Gy after 14D, the auditory threshold of auditory brainstem response shifted 11.8dB. Scanning electron microscopy showed that, at 6h after 90Gy irradiation, the outer hair cells in the basilar circle were injured, and the lesion involved the entire cochlea after 16h. After 14 days of 45GF irradiation, the outer hair cells were damaged in all the cochleas and no obvious damage was observed in the inner hair cells.
