以安徽农业大学茶业系品种园的安农早抗 1号为材料 ,稀土处理后测定不同部位叶片中酶活性 ,并与对照相比较 ,结果表明 :稀土处理的茶树谷氨酸脱氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶及肽酶在第 1叶位的活性、总活性均得到提高 ;而在第 4叶及老叶部位酶活性与对照相比未呈现规律性。第 1叶位中酶活性的提高 ,有利于茶树经济性状的改善 ,这可能是茶园喷施稀土肥料的增产提质机理之一。
The results showed that the contents of glutamate dehydrogenase (ADH), glutathione peroxidase (LDH) and glutathione peroxidase (LDH) in the tea leaves of Anhui Agricultural University were higher than that of the control. Peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and peptidase activity in the first leaf position, the total activity were improved; and in the fourth leaf and the old leaf enzyme activity compared with the control did not show regularity. The increase of enzyme activity in the first leaf position is beneficial to the improvement of the economic traits of the tea tree, which may be one of the mechanisms for increasing yield and improving quality of the rare earth fertilizers sprayed in the tea plantation.
