青年人是祖国的希望和栋梁,在事业单位中,其所散发出来的青春活力以及对于工作的激情,是非常值得人们发扬和学习的,这些人,往往有文化,有理想,有抱负,能够接受新事物,在工作中,表现积极,但是这个年龄的青年人,其人生观和价值观正处于一个刚刚起步的阶段,其对于问题的思考,常常不够成熟,他们的思想政治水平对其所工作的企业思想会造成一定程度的影响。所以,我们必须要从青年职工的思想特点出发,进而找到能够正确引导政治思想的方法,进而提高其个人素质和思想道德水平,提高企业整体精神面貌,促进企业和谐工作环境的形成,首先从目前青年职工思想政治教育的状况出发,进而对创新青年职工思想政治工作的方法进行了分析和研究。
