采用有限元法对不锈钢棒材无模成形温度场进行了研究 ,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行了模拟 ,该模拟结果很好地反映了拉伸件在整个变形过程中的温度分布规律 ,为无模成形的进一步研究提供了可靠的依据
The finite element method was used to study the temperature field of the stainless steel bar without mold forming. The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the temperature field of the stainless steel bar. The simulation results well reflect the temperature distribution law of the tensile part in the whole deformation process, It provides a reliable basis for further research on dieless forming
