笔者围绕《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,以培养应用型、技能型人才为目标,分析人力资源管理课程教学相关存在问题,以对接企业岗位任职标准为基础,确定五大核心课程,阐述了人力资源管理课程标准建立的模式和原则,提出了制定和实施人力资源管理课程标准建设思路,谨供同类院校相关专业制定课程标准参与。
Focusing on the Outline of National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development, the author aims to train applied and skilled personnel, and analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of human resources management courses. Based on the standards of post-docking enterprises, the author identifies five core courses The establishment of human resources management curriculum standards and principles, proposed the development and implementation of human resources management curriculum standards for the construction of ideas, like the relevant professional institutions to develop curriculum standards to participate.
