近年来,随着社会体制改革以及时代的进步,我国政府以及各事业单位为了适应社会的需求,在人才队伍建设方面进行积极改进,但在此过程中依然存在一些问题阻碍着高质量人才队伍的培养,比如,事业单位对于人才队伍建设理念过时,人才进入渠道单一,人才培养的方式老化、人才考核激励机制不合理等问题,极大地阻碍了整个人才队伍的建设,延缓事业单位改革发展速度。采取何种有效措施,以加强事业单位人才队伍建设,成为现在亟需解决的问题。
In recent years, with the social system reform and the progress of the times, our government and various public institutions have made positive improvements in building the contingent of talents in order to meet the needs of the society. However, there are still some problems in the process that hinder the development of qualified personnel For example, the institutions have obstructed the construction of the entire talent team and delayed the reform and development of public institutions because of the outdated concept of talent team construction, the single channel of talent entering, the aging of personnel training and the unreasonable talent examination and incentive mechanism.
