养成教育强调“以人为本”的理念,它根据社会发展的要求以及人的身心和谐发展规律,通过严格管理、规范行为、长期实践等手段,全面提高受教育者的知、情、意、行等素质,养成自觉遵守社会主义道德的行为和习惯,最终培养出全面发展、和谐健康的人。因此,如何将养成教育融入到体育教学及专业人才培养方面是一个值得探讨的课题,也是新领域的挑战。本文综合运用了文献资料研究、专家访谈、比较分析等多种研究方法,从养成教育的概念体系入手,通过对体育专业学生能力培养现状及原因的调查、分析,提出养成教育是提高体育专业学生综合素质的重要教育手段。

Based on a variety of research methods such as literature research, expert interviews and comparative analysis, this dissertation starts from the concept system of developing education, investigates and analyzes the current situation and reasons of the ability cultivation of PE majors, Major Students Comprehensive Quality Education.
