采用L9(34)正交设计法 ,配制9种不同VC、VE、肌醇、胆碱水平的配合饲料喂养中华绒螯蟹 ,测定蟹体的增重。试验结果表明 ,第1组~9组的瞬间生长率( %/d)分别为0.844、0.450、0.535、0.643、0.720、0.728、0.443、0.532和0.629 ,饲料系数分别为 :3.12、2.45、2.41、3.01、2.22、2.79、3.10、3.28和3.17。VC对中华绒螯蟹生长的影响最大。中华绒螯蟹配合饲料中VC的适宜量为100mg/kg,VE为45mg/kg,肌醇为400mg/kg,胆碱为400mg/kg。
Using the L9 (34) orthogonal design method, nine Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) were fed with the compound diets of nine different VC, VE, inositol and choline levels to measure the weight gain of the crab. The results showed that the instantaneous growth rate (% / d) of groups 1 to 9 were 0.844,0.450,0.535,0.643,0.720,0.728,0.443,0.532 and 0.629 respectively, and the feed coefficients were 3.12,2.45,2.41, 3.01, 2.22, 2.79, 3.10, 3.28 and 3.17. VC has the greatest impact on the growth of Chinese mitten crab. The suitable amount of VC in the Chinese mitten crab feed was 100 mg / kg, VE was 45 mg / kg, inositol was 400 mg / kg and choline was 400 mg / kg.
