首次合成了2,6,7-三羟基-9-(对氯苯基)-3-荧光酮(简称 p-ClPF),还研究了它和钨(Ⅵ)的新显色反应。结果表明,在0.4~1.6 mol/L 盐酸介质中,在吐温-60及酒石酸盐存在下,W(Ⅵ)与 p-ClPF 形成1:2的配合物,其ε_(532nm)=2.42×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。W(Ⅵ)的浓度在0~2.5μg/10 mL 范围服从比耳定律。已用于矿物和钢铁中钨的测定。
The 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9- (p-chlorophenyl) -3-fluorone (p-ClPF) was synthesized for the first time. The new chromogenic reaction with tungsten (Ⅵ) was also studied. The results showed that W (Ⅵ) forms a 1: 2 complex with p-ClPF in the presence of Tween-60 and tartrate in the 0.4-1.6 mol / L hydrochloric acid medium and its ε_ (532nm) = 2.42 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The concentration of W (VI) obey Beer’s law in the range of 0 ~ 2.5μg / 10mL. Has been used for determination of tungsten in minerals and steel.
