研究了不同种类还原剂和钙盐脱硫剂组合对硫酸渣直接还原焙烧同步脱硫效果的影响.利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对不同组合条件下所得焙烧矿进行了分析.硫酸渣中的黄铁矿和镁橄榄石与不同种类的钙盐脱硫剂在高温还原气氛中发生反应,生成金属铁和种类不同的含硫矿物硫化钙或硫硅钙石,通过磨矿-磁选的方法将金属铁与含硫矿物分离,从而达到一定的脱硫效果.不同还原剂和脱硫剂组合所得焙烧矿中含硫矿物存在状态不同,而且与金属铁之间的嵌布关系也不同.
The effects of different kinds of reducing agents and calcium desulphurizer on the simultaneous desulphurization of sulfuric acid dregs by direct reduction roasting were studied.The results of XRD and SEM were used to analyze the roasted ore obtained under different combinations.The pyrite And forsterite react with different kinds of calcium salt desulfurizing agents in a high-temperature reducing atmosphere to form metal iron and different kinds of sulfur-containing mineral calcium sulfide or calcium silicate stone, and the metal iron and Sulfur minerals separation, so as to achieve a certain degree of desulfurization effect.Different reductants and desulfurization agent roasted ore obtained sulfur minerals exist in different states, but also with the metal iron embedded relationship between the different.
