目的探讨品管圈活动在降低血液报废率中的应用及效果。方法应用品管圈的流程与方法对血液质量进行持续改进,对采供血环节中的血液报废进行原因分析,制定相应的措施及持续改进计划。结果有形成果,通过品管圈活动,在采供血环节中血液报废率由干预前的5.77%下降至2.73%,血液报废率明显下降;无形成果,使大家的工作积极性、责任心、自信心以及团队沟通协调能力、凝聚力和分析解决问题的能力都有了明显的提高。结论采用品管圈活动能有效降低采供血环节中的血液报废率,不断提高血液质量,保障临床用血安全。
Objective To explore the application and effect of QA activities in reducing blood rejection rate. Methods The procedure and method of product quality control circle were used to improve the quality of blood continuously. The cause of blood waste in blood collection and supply was analyzed and corresponding measures and continuous improvement plans were made. Results Tangible results showed that the blood scrap rate decreased from 5.77% before intervention to 2.73% through blood quality control activities and the blood scrap rate dropped significantly. Invisible results made everyone’s work enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and self-confidence as well as Team communication and coordination, cohesion and ability to analyze and solve problems have been significantly improved. Conclusions The quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the blood scrap rate in the blood collection and delivery links, continuously improve the blood quality and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
