旋挖钻机主卷扬系统使用频率较高,容易出现故障。本文以厦工XGR系列旋挖钻机为例,介绍其主卷扬系统常见故障的原因及排查方法。一、系统组成该型旋挖钻机主卷扬系统主要由主卷扬马达1、减速器2、主卷扬3、溢流阀4、BVD平衡阀5、制动器6、减压阀7和浮动电磁阀(8、9)等组成。主卷扬马达1通过减速器2驱动主卷扬3。溢流阀4的作用是限制主卷扬马达1的压力,防止超载。BVD平衡阀5的作用是控制主卷扬提升或下降速度。制动器6为常闭式制动器,当主卷扬3需要动作时,压力油通过
