涉外地勘企业面对远离祖国、自然条件恶劣、多国文化碰撞等困难和复杂的外部环境,通过树立人本管理的理念,构建人本管理的组织、制度体系,实施员工素质提升工程,做好员工情绪管理,改善员工在海外的生活和工作条件,保障员工人身安全和心理健康并实施有效的激励机制,可以极大的调动员工的工作积极性和向心力,促进涉外地勘企业的经济发展。
Foreign-related prospecting enterprises face the difficult and complex external environment of far away from the motherland, poor natural conditions and collisions of multiple cultures. By establishing the concept of human-based management, the enterprises and institutions of human-oriented management should be constructed and the system of human-oriented management should be established. Employee emotional management, improving employees ’overseas living and working conditions, safeguarding employees’ personal safety and mental health and implementing effective incentive mechanisms can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm and solidarity of employees and promote the economic development of foreign-related prospecting enterprises.
