目的 建立人胃癌裸小鼠原位移植模型 ,观察其部分生物学特性。方法 用人胃低分化腺癌细胞 (SGC- 790 1)悬液种植于裸小鼠胃壁 ,观察原位移植瘤的生长情况、移植成功率和自发转移的发生率。结果 原位移植成功率 (成瘤率 )为 6 7%。移植瘤的局部淋巴结转移率 85 % ,远处淋巴结转移率 5 0 % ,肝转移发生率为 30 %。荷瘤鼠的中位生存期为 16周 ,晚期出现消瘦和全身衰竭。结论 该裸小鼠原位移植模型具有人胃癌自然生长过程的特点 ,但还不能达到理想的肿瘤移植 /转移模型标准
Objective To establish an orthotopic transplantation model of human gastric cancer nude mice and observe its biological characteristics. Methods Human gastric poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma cell (SGC-790 1) suspension was implanted into the stomach of nude mice to observe the growth of orthotopic transplanted tumor, the success rate of transplantation and the incidence of spontaneous metastasis. Results The success rate of orthotopic transplantation (tumor formation rate) was 67%. The rate of local lymph node metastasis was 85% in the transplanted tumors, 50% in the distant lymph nodes, and 30% in the liver metastases. The median survival time of tumor-bearing mice was 16 weeks, with late weight loss and systemic failure. Conclusion The orthotopic transplantation model in nude mice has the characteristics of the natural growth process of human gastric cancer, but it can not reach the ideal tumor transplantation/metastasis model standard.
