本文为汽车变速箱齿轮设计制订了须要遵从的几何和强度限制条件及希望达到的高强度优化目标。本文研究采用单纯形法和罚函数法解决多约束非线性规划问题,并编制了计算机程序,从而方便地获得了比较理想的设计结果。
This article sets out the geometric and strength constraints to be followed for the design of automotive gearbox gears and the high-intensity optimization goals that we hope to achieve. In this paper, the simplex method and the penalty function method are used to solve the multi-constrained nonlinear programming problem, and the computer program is compiled so that the ideal design result can be easily obtained.
