2016年5月,黑龙江省某规模化牛场爆发急性乳房炎,为确诊其病因,无菌采取10份乳样进行细菌的分离鉴定,并对分离菌株进行培养特性检查、生化试验鉴定和药敏试验。经检查10份乳样中大肠杆菌单独感染1例,葡萄球菌单独感染1例,链球菌单独感染1例,葡萄球菌和链球菌混合感染4例,葡萄球菌和酵母菌混合感染2例。该研究为该牛场奶牛乳房炎的病因分析和防治提供了指导。
In May 2016, an acute mastitis broke out in a large-scale cattle farm in Heilongjiang Province. In order to diagnose its etiology, ten samples of milk were taken for the isolation and identification of bacteria, and the culture characteristics, biochemical tests and drug sensitivity test. After examining 10 samples of milk samples in a single infection of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus alone in 1 case, Streptococcus infection alone in 1 case, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus mixed infection in 4 cases, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast mixed infection in 2 cases. The research provided guidance for the etiological analysis and prevention of dairy cow mastitis.
