新一代航天运载器发射过程要求气体连接器在运载器点火至起飞与气体连接器分离的时段保持供气状态,并在发射过程振动条件下保持可靠密封。针对任务需求,对原连接器进行了模拟试验,试验证明O形圈端面密封结构不能满足规定的使用要求。在分析的基础上确定将端面密封结构改进为径向密封结构。新型连接器样机通过了地面振动模拟试验,产品装机参加了靶场飞行试验任务,经考核其性能和可靠性满足规定条件下的使用要求,为在其他型号上或领域内的应用打下了基础。
The launch of a new generation of spacecraft requires the gas connector to remain in the supply air during the period from ignition of the carrier to takeoff and separation of the gas connector and to maintain a reliable seal during the launch process. According to the requirements of the mission, the original connector was simulated and the test proves that the O-ring face seal structure can not meet the specified requirements. Based on the analysis, it is determined that the end seal structure is improved to a radial seal structure. The prototype of the new connector passed the ground vibration simulation test. The installed capacity of the product took part in the flight test mission of the firing range. After the performance and reliability of the product were tested, the requirements under the specified conditions were met, laying a foundation for the application in other models or fields.
