企业兼并重组不仅是一种经济现象和经济行为,也是一种文化现象和文化行为。要使企业产生1+l>2效应,必须从文化层面思考企业兼并重组问题,高度重视兼并重组中企业文化的整合。兼并重组中企业文化整合的模式从兼并重组企业的角度出发,按照双方的接触程度和解决接触中产生冲突的方式,可以把文化整合模式概括为以下三种:
