选择一些革兰氏阴性菌及革兰氏阳性菌,研究Aegis溶菌酶对细菌的敏感性。结果表明,Aegis溶菌酶对试验菌株都有不同程度的抑制或者杀灭作用,尤其对一些临床分离的致病菌及养殖过程中危害较大的菌珠作用明显。Aegis溶菌酶对试验菌株的生长繁殖和代谢均有影响,其对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用效果不同,推测其作用机理与其二者的细胞壁的结构不同有关。
Select Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria to study Aegis lysozyme sensitivity to bacteria. The results showed that Aegis lysozyme had different degrees of inhibition or killing effect on the tested strains, especially for some clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria and bacteria strains that were harmed in the breeding process. Aegis lysozyme has influence on the growth, reproduction and metabolism of the test strains. The effect of Aegis lysozyme on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is different, suggesting that its mechanism of action is related to the different cell wall structure.
