发动机的重要零件气门导管通过粉末冶金压制成型,其同轴度是一个难以解决的问题。后续加工增加成本、降低效率,还会使合格率下降,并对操作者技术要求高。对气门导管压坯内形的模具零件——芯棒分别选用Cr12、Cr12MoV、YG15材料进行了成形试验。结果表明:采用硬质合金芯棒材料时,压制过程中几乎不磨损,表面粗糙度值极小,气门导管压坯产量大大提高,质量满足要求。
The important part of the engine valve guide through powder metallurgy compression molding, its coaxiality is a difficult problem to be solved. On the valve guide the shape of the mold parts - mandrel were selected Cr12, Cr12MoV, YG15 material were shaped test. The results show that the carbide mandrel material has almost no wear during pressing, the surface roughness value is extremely small, the output of valve guide compacts is greatly increased, and the quality meets the requirements.
