当前市场竞争日趋激烈,企业面临着十分沉重的压力,这些企业之间的竞争已经不仅仅局限于生产力,更多的是人才的竞争。企业为了取得更好的发展,必须要对人力资源管理引起足够的重视,尤其是在知识管理的背景下,企业的人力资源管理就显得更加重要。当前知识管理的背景对企业的人力资源管理提出了更高要求,因此,企业也必须积极采取措施来适应这些要求,从而进一步使知识管理能够在企业中更好的实行。本文基于知识背景管理背景下的企业人力资源管理进行研究,以期能够为解决当前我国企业人力资源管理中存在的问题提供一些参考。
The current market competition is fiercer and fiercer, and enterprises are under very heavy pressure. The competition among these enterprises has not only limited to productivity but also talent competition. In order to achieve better development, enterprises must pay enough attention to human resource management. Especially in the background of knowledge management, human resource management of enterprises becomes more and more important. The current background of knowledge management puts forward higher requirements on human resource management in enterprises. Therefore, enterprises also must take active measures to adapt to these requirements so that knowledge management can be further implemented in enterprises. This article is based on the research of human resource management in the background of knowledge background management, with a view to providing some references for solving the problems existing in the current human resource management of our country.
