目的了解西安市2012-2015年蜚蠊危害状况及其抗药性,为制定蜚蠊防控策略提供依据。方法 2012-2015年选择餐饮店、农贸市场、宾馆酒店、医院和居民区5类环境,采用粘捕法采集蜚蠊,药膜法测定其抗药性。结果西安市捕获蜚蠊以德国小蠊为主,占捕获总数的95.62%,黑胸大蠊和日本大蠊分别占2.35%和1.60%,其他蜚蠊占0.43%;蜚蠊密度呈稳中有降趋势,7-8月为蜚蠊密度高峰期。德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威的抗性系数分别为8.01、3.18、2.72和3.99倍。结论西安市餐饮业蜚蠊危害较重,德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯的抗药性为中度抗性。
Objective To understand the status and resistance of cockroaches in Xi’an from 2012 to 2015 and provide the basis for the development of cockroach prevention and control strategies. Methods From 2012 to 2015, five kinds of environments including restaurant, farmer’s market, hotels, hospitals and residential areas were selected. Cockroach was collected by sticky catching method and its drug resistance was measured by membrane method. Results Cockroaches were mainly cockroaches in China, accounting for 95.62% of the total catches, cockroaches and Japanese cockroaches accounted for 2.35% and 1.60%, while cockroaches accounted for 0.43% and cockroaches were stable Decline trend, July-August cockroach density peak. The resistance coefficients of German cockroach to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur were 8.01, 3.18, 2.72 and 3.99 times, respectively. Conclusion Cockroach in catering industry in Xi’an is more harmful, and resistance to deltamethrin in German cockroach is moderately resistant.
