通过对汽车顶盖零件形状特点分析,介绍了顶盖的冲压成形工艺,设计了顶盖天窗翻边快换的模具结构。在模具结构设计上,运用气动快换结构把气缸的水平运动转化为翻边凸模的竖直运动,在快换组件的上下部位均设有弹性元件(氮气弹簧、螺旋弹簧);重点介绍在同一副模具上实现有无天窗顶盖成形的快换结构工作过程、弹性元件受压情况、工作行程以及其它部件的设计要点;并通过试验在同一副模具上成形出有天窗和无天窗的汽车顶盖零件。试验结果表明,该快换结构功能可靠、可以保证翻边质量,缩短模具开发周期及提高生产效率。
