Testicular twisting occurs in children before and after puberty. Pathophysiological studies have shown that a short period of twisting will cause tissue damage occurred. To further elucidate the effect of pre-puberty on the ability of spermatozoa to develop after sexual maturity, we used flow cytometry to analyze the DNA content of various cells in the testis after the development of the mouse model to understand the changes in sperm production.
