著者介绍一种快速复聪试验,具体方法如下:不用掩蔽,两耳同时给予声强相等的纯音,逐渐增大声强,每增加5—10分贝就问患者一次哪一耳听到声音,声强可以一直增加到测听器的极限。当患有一侧重度感音性聋,所给声强低于坏耳实际听阈时,患者一直感到是好耳听见声音,但当声强稍稍超过坏耳实际听阈时,患者就会立刻感到坏耳听见声音而好耳很快就听不见了,上述现象称为复聪阳性。反之,如声强超过坏耳听阈后患者只感到坏耳听到的声强低于好耳,这种现象称为复聪阴性。著者指出,这种试验方法只适用于单侧重度感音性聋者。
